ID-COOLING came in strong at Computex 2025 with an extensive lineup of cooling solutions, from their full range of AIOs to prototype air coolers and even some surprisingly fragrant thermal paste.
Let’s break it down:
SL360 V2 Plus – Bigger Radiator, Bolder Cooling

At the top of their cooling hierarchy sits the SL Series, and the standout upgrade this year is the SL360 V2 Plus AIO. The radiator’s been beefed up, wider fins, expanded surface area, and a reinforced side frame to match the chunkier 28mm-thick AP-120 fans. It’s clear ID-COOLING is going after more efficient heat dissipation without changing the overall footprint too much.

Meanwhile, the standard SL360 V2 Black/White keeps things slim with traditional 25mm fans, but all models now rock a 2.1” circular LCD and full ARGB support. It’s a nice visual upgrade whether you’re going stealthy or flashy.
New FX & DX Series AIOs Modular Displays Are In

The FX, DX, and SL series make up ID-COOLING’s current AIO lineup , scaling from entry-level to enthusiast-grade. The DX and FX series now come in two versions: an LCD version with full system monitoring, and a TD (Temperature Display) version that displays just the CPU temperature for users who prefer a cleaner, minimalist look.

The DX Series AIOs now include detachable displays to monitor CPU temps and fan speeds, offering flexibility for various build layouts. The updated FX360 LCD now gets a more compact 1.5” screen, while the DX360 GDL joins the lineup with support for BTF (Back-to-Front) motherboard layouts, perfect for builders who want invisible cable routing and tidier internals.
FROZN Series Air Coolers – Magnetic Tops with Info Display

The FROZN AD and FROZN TD air coolers got a smart little upgrade: magnetic top covers that show off CPU temp, usage, and fan speeds, no extra wiring, no software bloat. The FROZN 410 TD focuses solely on CPU temps, making it an ideal pick for builders who want quick system checks without installing extra software. Bonus: they still support high-performance CPUs and fit into tighter cases.
Low-Profile Coolers for the SFF Crowd
Small form factor builders, you’re not forgotten. ID-COOLING added two new low-profile options:
IS-77-XT EXH: 77mm tall, 6 heatpipes, and a slim 120mm fan that’s mounted beneath the heatsink, facing the CPU directly. This reverse-style design is particularly useful in sandwich-style ITX builds where airflow is usually limited and conventional top-mounted fans struggle.
IS-53-XT Black: 53mm tall with four heatpipes and a clean black finish. Ideal for ultra-compact systems where airflow and height are both limited.
And Yes... Scented Thermal Paste is Real Now

In the biggest curveball of the event, ID-COOLING introduced the FROST X55 scented thermal paste series. No, seriously. Five different scents, Luna, Viola, Bella, Poma, and Core. Same thermal conductivity, but with a twist of fragrance for those who want everything to be custom. Will your PC smell like a fruit basket? Maybe. Is it necessary? Absolutely not. But hey, it’s Computex. Weird is expected.
We snagged a few samples at the booth, and we’re honestly curious to see how they perform. Expect a full breakdown soon.
Final Thoughts
ID-COOLING came prepared this year. From improved AIO radiator designs to smart detachable displays and even quirky thermal paste, they’re offering something for every kind of builder, whether you're chasing high performance, planning an all-white build, or cramming parts into a compact chassis.
