At Computex 2025, MSI reaffirmed its position as a leading innovator in the PC hardware space. With eye-catching product displays across motherboards, casings, monitors, and graphics cards, MSI impressed enthusiasts and professionals alike. Here’s a roundup of the standout launches at their booth.

Motherboards That Mean Business

MSI kicked things off with the launch of the MEG X870E ACE, a premium motherboard wrapped in a sleek black aluminum heatsink with a gold nameplate and MSI’s new illusion lighting. This multi-layered lighting tech enables dual-pattern effects within a single zone, adding depth and flair to any build.

It features a robust 18+2+1 duet rail power system with 110A Smart Power Stages, a 60W front USB-C port, and a stacked rear I/O with 16 USB ports. With DIY-friendly EZ Shield features, 10G Super LAN, and Wi-Fi 7, this board brings power and polish to high-end setups.

In the ITX space, MSI’s MPG X870I EDGE TI WIFI mini-ITX motherboard caught attention with its icy white theme. Tailored for compact power builds, it includes an 8+2+1 DRPS with 110A SPS, Wi-Fi 7, 5G LAN, PCIe 5.0 support, and the innovative 5-in-1 Xpander Card for added M.2, SATA, and USB connectivity.

Another subtle yet impactful addition: MSI’s new PinSafe Design, which removes sharp pins from the rear of the board, enhancing user safety and making installation easier than ever.

Case of the Future: Maestro 900 PZ

One of MSI’s most talked-about launches was the MEG MAESTRO 900 PZ casing. With a removable motherboard tray capable of four mounting orientations—including standalone test bench mode—it’s a dream for enthusiasts and tinkerers. With room for top and bottom 420mm radiators and oversized components (the RTX 5090 SUPRIM looked small inside), the Maestro offers high airflow and modular flexibility in one imposing chassis.

MSI’s AI-Driven Display Innovation

MSI showcased two flagship monitors this year:

  • MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50: The world's first 27" QD-OLED monitor with AI Care Sensor (OLED Care 3.0) and real-time human detection via onboard NPU. It boasts VESA ClearMR 21000 and DisplayHDR True Black 500, delivering rich blacks and motion clarity.

  • MPG 274URDFW E16M: Featuring a QD-enhanced Mini LED panel with Dual Mode, users can switch between 4K 160Hz and FHD 120Hz instantly. It includes 1,152 dimming zones, VESA HDR1000, 98% DCI-P3 coverage, and Delta-E<2 for color precision.

Titanium Power and GPU Variety

While MSI already offers a wide GPU lineup, they surprised visitors with the new SUPRIM Titanium Edition. Built on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture with DLSS 4, this card combines a lightweight titanium body with premium thermal features like HYPER FROZR, STORMFORCE Fans, and Advanced Vapor Chamber cooling, delivering silent and efficient performance in a stunning finish.

Also spotted was the elusive GeForce RTX 5080 16G EXPERT OC, part of MSI’s Expert Series not commonly available in many regions. It features FLOW FROZR cooling, push-pull airflow, and full vapor chamber design inside a robust aluminum die-cast body—engineered for silent thermal excellence.

Custom Build Showcase: White with a Touch of Lucky

A notable build at the booth featured the compact yet capable MAG Pano 130R PZ Series case. This all-MSI white build was powered by the MSI X870E Tomahawk WiFi PZ motherboard, the MAG A850GL PCIe 5 White PSU, and showcased the MAG Vision Lite 12 extended side panel display.

MSI’s Computex 2025 lineup proves the brand isn’t just following trends—it’s setting them. Whether you're building an over-the-top showcase rig or a compact power PC, MSI has something exciting, refined, and user-focused for every type of enthusiast.
